Eames lounger in the main room. We rewarded ourselves with this fancy chair (before we had a child!) after a particularly challenging client project when our studio was in TriBeCa.
Once we committed to adding the island, we started a search for the perfect dining table. After a year or so, we finally found the 1970's Italian classic we had been looking for.

Hill Studio is a modern Catskills retreat with expansive glass, mountain views, and hidden projection screens that create a private cinema. Enjoy quiet mornings on the heated balcony, evenings by the fire pit, and a calm, design-forward space made for couples and creatives seeking nature, light, and simplicity.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the main and upper floors, the private balcony, the dooryard with fire pit, and parking. The lower level garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible. The home is located on a private mountain road. AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter as conditions can vary. Bookings are for personal, residential use only. Commercial use including stock photography, sponsored content, or video production is not included.

Other Things to Note

Hill Studio includes induction cooking, projection screens, and other modern systems that feel intuitive for guests comfortable with contemporary homes. The space was originally our design studio, and some elements and materials reflect that creative origin.

Hill Studio and Zink Cabin (the neighboring guest cabin) share the same property but were both designed for privacy. They can be rented together if desired.
