Barn Studio

A dramatic loft by Reset Club inside a fully insulated, climate-controlled modern barn structure, ideal for couples, solo retreats, creative getaways, or a small family wanting room to spread out.

Designed for slow mornings, movie nights, and evenings by the outdoor fire, with an 18-foot projection screen and views toward a small field and pine trees.

The space

Barn Studio is made for staying in. The main living area is open, expansive, and quietly cinematic — a place to watch films on the giant screen, listen to records, cook slowly, play music, read for hours, challenge each other to a late-night round on the arcade table, or simply settle into the scale and stillness of the room.

Though the structure is a modern pole barn, the guest space is fully finished, fully insulated with eco-friendly rock wool, and climate-controlled with three zones of heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Upstairs, the main sleeping area overlooks the living space and includes a king bed with a premium hybrid Keetsa mattress, a long desk, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with rain shower. On the ground floor, there is a second sleeping area with a full-size Helix hybrid mattress, books, and a child-height work surface, best suited to one adult or a child.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for guests who like to actually cook and linger. It includes peninsula seating, an oven with air fry, KitchenAid mixer, Joule sous vide, coffee bar with Nespresso and Moccamaster, and an oversized kitchen window overlooking the field.

Outdoor space

Behind the barn, there’s space to relax outdoors with:

• Custom queen-sized outdoor couch for reading, napping, or stargazing

There is also a professional Il Fornino wood-fired pizza oven available for experienced guests with advance coordination.

Guest access

Guests have access to the full guest portion of the barn, including the open living area, kitchen, two sleeping areas, 1.5 baths, backyard area, and parking for two vehicles. Entry is at the back, around the right side.

The street-facing side of the barn is secured storage and is not part of the rental. There is also a detached storage shed on the far right side of the property that our team may occasionally access, though the guest area is designed to remain private.

The backyard faces a small field and pond often visited by deer. The pond and field area beyond the outdoor fireplace are visible from the cottage across the street, so we ask guests to keep outdoor activity within the generous area directly behind the barn.

Please note that Barn Studio includes smart lighting, an induction cooktop, Sonos speakers, climate control, projection systems, voice control, and other modern interfaces that are intuitive for guests comfortable with contemporary technology.

Things to note

• Guests must sign our basic Guest Agreement after booking. Once it’s signed, you’ll receive arrival information and your custom door code on the morning of check-in.
• Reduced rates for stays over 7 nights are automatically applied at checkout.
• We love animals, but unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
• Only registered guests may enter the property. 
• No smoking indoors.
• Bookings are for personal residential use only. Events, parties, and commercial photography or video use are not included. If you’d like to use the space for photography or video, please contact us for pricing and details.
• The field is treated seasonally with natural oil to help reduce ticks, though this is still a rural setting and ticks are possible.
• The outdoor pizza oven requires prior experience and advance coordination (for an additional fee) if you plan to use it.
• In summer, an outdoor projection setup may be available to rent separately (for an additional fee), but guests are also welcome to bring their own projector for the outdoor screen.
