AROUND

Barn Studio is located in Kerhonkson, directly across the street from Cook House. The area is known for wooded hills, quiet farmland, and slow scenic roads. The backyard faces a field and small pond where deer often pass at dawn and dusk. Kerhonkson, Accord, and Stone Ridge offer dining, orchards, markets, and access to hikes and swimming spots. Most guests choose to stay close and enjoy the loft, but everything you need is a short drive away.

A team-access storage shed sits on the right side of the property behind the fence. It is used occasionally but the guest space remains private.

HOUSE RULES

• Guests must sign our basic Guest Agreement to confirm their reservation. Once the Guest Agreement is signed you'll receive an email with recommendations as well as the custom door code on the morning of your check-in.
• Only guests listed on your reservation may enter the property.
• No smoking indoors.
• We love animals, but unfortunately for health and safety reasons, we are not able to accommodate them.

• Reduced rates are only available for stays over 7 nights and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
